If you travel a lot or plan to live abroad for some time, it may be impractical for you to manage your own letting.

Repairs and maintenance are of significant importance in preserving and protecting your asset and part of our management role is the judgement to balance cost against need so that the overall business of letting is profitable in the long term. We will gladly assume this responsibility We appoint, instruct, oversee and pay the various tradesmen and implement legislation as it arises.

We have assisted many clients who have relocated abroad or away from the area and with email, we’re able to keep you informed of payments and property maintenance promptly.

Part Management services

It may well be that you consider the day-to- day running of a property too time consuming and plagued by potential mishaps or that you do not have a comprehensive contractor portfolio to call upon. We have a carefully selected panel of contractors who will attend to problems as they arise.

Full Management services

As well as instructing tradesmen to attend to issues that occur as indicated above, we will also undertake to regularly inspect your property to ensure that agreed levels of housekeeping and maintenance are adhered to and that the occupancy agreement is not being compromised.

It is our policy to ensure that every last detail is covered, giving you complete peace of mind. We will advise you on transferring services such as telephone, gas supply, electricity etc.
