Extension agreements
As part of our continual service, we negotiate further agreements following consultation with you. This includes advice on rental. A statutory notice will be prepared when necessary in consultation with you.
Accounts
Our all encompassing service includes the collection of rents, issuing of statements for taxation purposes and forwarding monies via BACS, for immediate payment. We have systems in place to pursue and deal with late payments in order to minimise rent arrears accruing.
All of these are included as part of our extensive letting service. If however you are intending to relocate, in the UK, moving overseas, or simply to not wish to have regular contact with your tenant, you should consider our part and full Management Service.
