Current fee structure for landlords
Letting and rent collection fees.
Letting and including subsequent rentals – 8% Plus vat (9.6%)
Commission for letting is due six months in advance at the commencement of the Tenancy or any subsequent extension.
Letting, Rent Collection and Part Management Fees.
Letting and Part Management and including subsequent rentals – 10% Plus vat (12%)
A part Management fee (2%) is deducted monthly on receipt of rent
Letting, Rent Collection and Management Fees.
Letting and Full Management and including subsequent rentals – 12% Plus vat (14.4%)
Management fee (4%) is deducted monthly on receipt of rent.
These fees shall apply throughout the term of any tenancy agreed hereunder or any extension, renewal/replacement or holding over thereof.
Additional Fees
Initial Set Up Fee – £250 plus vat (£300) What’s included: The referencing of suitable applicants, setting up the initial tenancy agreement and registering the tenants deposit
Renewal Tenancy Agreement – £75.00 plus vat (£90)
Check-Out report by Property Rentals – £65.00 plus vat (£78)

3 Bedrooms – from £80 Inc VAT
Houses
1 & 2 Bedrooms – from £85 Inc VAT
3 Bedrooms – from £95 Inc VAT
4 Bedrooms – from £105 Inc VAT
Additional Rooms – £10 Per Room Inc VAT
